2. When a third-party gives it to us

1. Our wholly-owned subsidiaries and affiliates

   • We share information within the Liquivida family of companies that help us provide our services or conduct data processing on our behalf. If we were to engage in a merger, acquisition, bankruptcy, dissolution, reorganization, or similar transaction or proceeding that involves the transfer of the information described in this policy, we would share your information with a party involved in such a process (for example, a potential purchaser).

2. Third-party companies, service providers, or business partners

   • We rely on third parties to perform a few contractual services on our behalf. To do so, we may need to share your information with them. For example, we may rely on service providers to enable functionality on our Services, to provide you with relevant content (including advertisements), to process your payments, to provide clinical telehealth services, provide IT and infrastructure support services, and ordering, marketing, and payment processing services, and for other business purposes. For example, Liquivida contracts with healthcare providers and their affiliated medical groups that are an independent medical group with a network of United States-based healthcare providers.

3. Law enforcement agencies or government agencies

   • We may disclose information if we believe that disclosure is reasonably necessary to comply with a law, regulation, or legal request; to protect the safety, rights, or property of the public, any person, or Liquivida; to enforce or apply our Terms and Conditions and other agreements, including for billing and collection purposes; or to detect, prevent, or otherwise address fraud, credit risk reduction, security, or technical issues.

4. Your consent

   • We may share your information other than as described in this policy if we notify you, and you agree.

5. Other services

   • We may share your information with third parties to enable you to sign up for or log in to our Site, or when you decide to link your Liquivida account to those services. We may also disclose your Personal Data when we make use of email in order to respond to your queries about treatments, products, or services. Just to clarify – we do not sell your personal information to any third party in exchange for monetary consideration. However, like most companies, we do share information that could be considered a “sale,” as defined by certain state privacy laws. This includes sharing identifiers, commercial information, and internet or other electronic network activity with advertising networks and website analytics companies. You can always opt out of this practice by updating your cookie preferences.

To complete your request regarding your privacy choices, you may be asked to provide additional information to verify your identity, such as specific identification information associated with your account. We will compare the information you provide to any information we may have in our possession in order to verify your request. The information you provide must match the information we have in our possession. This measure is in place to help ensure that your personal information is not disclosed to any person who does not have the right to receive it. Your Rights with Respect to Health Information

Children’s Data

Our Website is not intended for children under 18 years of age. No one under age 18 may provide any information to or through the Website. We do not knowingly collect Personal Data from children under 18.
